How do I add a new location or change my Oliver settings?

This article discusses how to change Oliver settings.

Clients are unable to change Oliver settings manually, a decision made by Ontopical to protect Client data - as any change resets Oliver's learning curve.  

Setting changes include: 

  • keywords
  • locations
  • population sizes

For reference; to view Oliver settings, access the Profile page via the left hand pop-out menu and click the Oliver Settings tab. An account description, Area of Focus keywords and list of locations will be visible. If the desired location is not listed, Opportunities for that area will not be returned.
